    (2013; 77 min) Based on a New Yorker essay by novelist Jonathan Franzen, this film exposes the rampant poaching of migratory songbirds in southern Europe. Songbird populations have been drastically declining for decades, with a number of species facing imminent extinction. This poignant documentary follows the intrepid squad of pan-European bird-lovers waging a war against poachers to disrupt illegal trapping.
