Garden-To-Table Dining
Picture 200 guests seated at long, linen-draped tables in an exclusive coastal setting. Wine glasses catch the sunlight and a gentle ocean breeze drifts by and mingles with the scent of coastal blooms. As the first of several courses is served, an evening of fine wine, seasonal flavors, and sunset dining unfolds.
In partnership with Terranea Resort and generous sponsors, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy presents this signature event. Terranea’s acclaimed Chef de Cuisine, Andrew Vaughan, crafts a gourmet garden-to-table menu featuring the freshest local ingredients, artfully presented with artisan products that showcase the best of California.

Garden Nocturne: Creating a New Nature Education Center
Inspired by the sights and sounds experienced in nature at sunset, this year’s theme will immerse guests in the wonder of the Peninsula’s landscape at night. Imagine the sun setting and stars emerging, warm lighting, rich natural textures, and nocturnal botanical and wildlife-inspired celebration of nature after dusk.
This year’s event will also help inspire support for the creation of a new Nature Education Center at George F Canyon—a lasting investment in conservation, education, and community impact.
